It is essential to give your employees the proper platform and opportunity to discuss freely about the issues they're facing in their working environment. This is where our Forums get their importance; for people to lead a discussion and to be able to give their criticism openly and freely. As the Admin, it is your chance to see, how your community are discussing a new event live, but also are part of the desicion-making process.

I am glad I can take more micro breaks. It gives me a chance to briefly disengage from work-related stressors, reduce feelings of overwhelm, and promote a healthier work-life balance.
Stepping away from a task for a short time allows your mind to wander and make connections subconsciously, leading to fresh insights and innovative thinking when you return.
Taking too many breaks between tasks can increase the cognitive load associated with task switching, potentially impacting efficiency and momentum.
The idea is good, in reality, it does not come without problems. Experience shows that Micro breaks tend to turn into longer breaks or become a source of distraction.
